- The candidate must have graduated with a minimum of 60% or an equal CGPA. Preference will be given to engineering graduates.
- Accountants who are collegiate.
- Postgraduates in any field, including those with a two-year full-time management degree/diploma.
- CFA is an abbreviation for Chartered Financial Analyst.
Experience-
The candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in one or more of the following areas: Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Fund Raising, Early Stage Financing and Project Appraisal for AVP and at least 5 years for IP. Experience as a founder of a start-up will be valued.
For the position of Senior Investment Associate (SIA)/ Investment Associate (IA)
- The candidate must have graduated with a minimum of 60% or an equal CGPA. Preference will be given to engineering graduates.
- Accountants who are collegiate.
- Postgraduates in any field, including those with a two-year full-time management degree/diploma.

Experience-
The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in one or more of the following areas: venture capital, private equity, investment banking, fundraising, early stage financing and appraisal of Projects. Experience as a founder of a start-up will be valued.
