MOHFW Recruitment 2023: The Department of Health Research (DHR), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW), Government of India has invited applications from eligible civil servants for the Positions 01) Scientist ‘C’, 02) Scientist ‘D’ and 03) Scientist ‘E’ with 06 Vacancies see the MoHFW Recruitment 2023 Official notification dated 17.04.2023. MOHFW-based recruitment 2023 Official Notice, there are 06 Vacancies to be filled with Citations in Scientist ‘C’, Scientist ‘D’ and Scientist ‘E’ under 03 Variable Pay Tiers i.e. 01) Pay Matrix Tier 11 (Rs.67700-208700) for ‘C’ Scientist, 02) Pay Matrix Tier 12 (Rs.78800-209200) for ‘D’ Scientist and 03) Pay Matrix Tier 13 (Rs.123100-215900) for ‘E’ Scientist.

According to the official MOHFW Recruitment Notice 2023, the 06 vacancies will be filled with Scientist ‘C’, Scientist ‘D’ and Scientist ‘E’ positions in the Department of Health Research.

Monthly salary under MOHFW Recruitment 2023:

MOHFW-based recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Levels of the Payment Matrix corresponding to Scientist ‘C’, Scientist ‘D’ and Scientist ‘E’ will be the following:

01) Scientist ‘C’ Post: Pay Matrix Tier 11 (Rs.67700-208700)

02) Scientific Position ‘D’ – Pay Matrix Level 12 (Rs.78800-209200)

03) Scientific Position ‘E’ – Pay Matrix Level 13 (Rs.123100-215900)

MOHFW 2023 Recruitment Upper Age Limit:

According to the MOHFW Official Recruitment Announcement 2023, the Maximum Age Limit (on the Application Reception Closing Date) stipulated for Eligible Scientist Positions (C/D/E) is as follows:

Age limit: Not exceeding/up to a maximum of 56 years

MOHFW 2023 Recruitment Eligibility:

Note: Detailed eligibility comprising term of service positions, educational qualification along with specific desirable experience for scientist ‘C’/scientist ‘D’ and scientist ‘E’ positions have been mentioned in the MOHFW recruitment 2023 Official Notification.

01) Scientific publication ‘C’:

Specific requirements: I) Officials dependent on the Administrations of the Central Government or of the State Government or of the Territory of the Union or of the Autonomous or Statutory Bodies or of the Public Sector Companies (UPP) or of the Accredited Universities or of the Research Institutions Duly Recognized:

Ai) occupying Regularly Analogous Position(s) in the Main Draw or Department; (EITHER)

ii) with 05 Years of Regular Service in the Grade provided after their Designation on a Regular Base in the Level 10 Salary Matrix Or Equivalent in the Matrix Or Department Staff; AND

B) Baccalaureus Medicinae, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae (MB ChB)/Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) duly recognized by the Medical Council of India or postgraduate degree in relevant subject with 04 years of research and development or teaching or work experience from public sector or government recognized institutions.

02) Publication of the scientist ‘D:

Ai) occupying Regularly Analogous Position(s) in the Main Draw or Department; (EITHER)

ii) with 05 Years of Regular Service in the Grade provided after their Designation on a Regular Base in the Level 11 Payment Matrix Or Equivalent in the Matrix Or Department Table; AND

Bi) Doctor Medicinae or Magister Chirurgiae or National Board Diplomate or Equivalent Degree duly recognized by the Medical Council of India; (EITHER)

ii) Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB)/Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) duly recognized by Medical Council of India with 04 years of research and development or teaching or work experience from public sector or government recognized institutions.

iii) Doctor of Philosophy (Doctor.) in the domain of relevant specialized knowledge from any accredited university with 05 years of research and development or teaching or work experience from the public sector or government recognized institutions.

iv) graduate post degree in the relevant subject with 08 years of research and development or teaching or work experience from the public sector or government recognized institutions.

03) Scientific publication ‘E’:

Ai) occupying Regularly Analogous Position(s) in the Main Draw or Department; (EITHER)

ii) with 05 Years of Regular Service in the Grade provided after their Designation on a Regular Base in the Level 12 Payment Matrix Or Equivalent in the Matrix Or Department Table; AND

Bi) Doctor Medicinae or Magister Chirurgiae or National Board Diplomate or Equivalent Degree duly recognized by the Medical Council of India; (EITHER)

ii) Phd. in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the relevant specialized knowledge domain from any accredited university with 07 years of research and development or teaching or work experience from the public sector or government recognized institutions.

Selection criteria under MOHFW Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Appointments in the 03 Posts; namely, 01) Scientist ‘C’, 02) Scientist ‘D’ and 03) Scientist ‘E’ The publication will be carried out by the Diputación that involves personal interviews in it.

Duration of commitment with terms: on delegation/including short-term contract/contractual basis in another ex-cadre post held immediately prior to this appointment in a similar or other organization or central government department will normally not exceed 04 years.
