General description:
IBM is hiring an Experienced Analyst – Risk and Compliance at its Pune location. KYC Analysts will be responsible for documentation reviews for new client accounts. evaluate high-risk accounts and analyze new customer processes and policies. In addition, these analysts will study market trends and observe customer behavior patterns.
Full details of this job are as follows:
What will you be doing:
Identify a complete set of compliance data goals for users across all teams
Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information collected in support of activities and initiatives
Support harmonization of KPIs/KRIs currently used across companies/regions to create one set of metrics
Consolidate data from companies and test teams to create a monthly reporting package
Review reports to identify trends and key risk areas
Preparation of presentations and identified trends to inform senior management
Identify additional metrics to be included in reporting packages.
Qualifications for this job:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence and Customer Identification Program (KYC/CDD/CIP)
Working knowledge of UK regulatory policies.
Experience in project management tools and techniques.
Proven ability to handle highly personal and confidential information.
Experience in analyzing financial services transaction data
What skills are needed:
Ability to understand and execute business controls.
Experience in training and/or managing teams along with training or certification in Lean/Six sigma
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed objectives/goals
Proven management of change and being open to it, good time management and working to tight deadlines.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills while contributing to a team effort achieving related results as needed
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
