Airbnb is hiring an experienced Partner Coordinator. The main goal of the ParM team is to ensure business as usual and delivered on time and in the best possible quality to ensure compliance with global regulations and minimal risk of chargebacks. If you can imagine a car and the engine is from our partners/suppliers, we would be the mechanics that would make sure that the engine always delivers and runs smoothly. A high-pressure, high-intensity team will have a practical, real-time impact on our guests and hosts on the platform.

What will you be doing:
Relationship support for various vendors and partners.
Manage partner/vendor onboarding/detaching/upskilling/upgrading
Supports new training, tools and metrics
Track and ensure accuracy of partner/supplier people metrics, invoices, and report any discrepancies to partner managers
Act as the central point of contact for all technical, access and tool issues for partner operations, supplier operations and projects.
Track and ensure Airbnb assets provided to partners are returned once the business need is met.
Consolidate data and reports regularly for partners and vendors
Work with multiple stakeholders like operations, quality, analytics, WFM, planning, partners, vendors, products, tools, IT support, etc. to keep the business running.
In the first 30-60 days, you will meet the partner/internal stakeholders online and begin to build the relationships that will be critical to your success and generally build gradually.
Depending on business requirements, partner site visits and internal meetings may occur, giving you a great opportunity to travel.

2 years of related work experience with at least 5 years of experience in an organization solving challenges at scale
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and deliverables in a matrix organization structure
Strong analytical, data and problem solving skills.
Experience driving performance with overseas BPO partners for Payment Compliance, Payment Risk or CS teams
