JPSC 202 Recruitment3: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has invited Online Applications from Duly Eligible Candidates for the Assistant Professor and Junior Scientist Positions with 24 vacancies to be filled in 02 schools; namely College of Agricultural Engineering and College of Horticulture under Birsa Agricultural University (BAU), in different districts of Jharkhand state I saw the JPSC Recruitment 2023 Official letter 12/2023 dated 04.15.2023. According to the JPSC recruitment 2023 Official Announcement, there are 24 Vacancies with Salary Scale (Rs. 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay 6000).
According to the JPSC recruitment 2023 Official notification, the last dates for eligible candidates with individual interest/desire to complete the online application/registration process followed by offline application submission are 14.05.2023 and 31.05.2023 respectively. Selection criteria under JPSC Recruitment 2023:
The selection of Assistant Professor-Cum-Junior Scientist positions for the 02 University Departments will comprise 03 Evaluation/Evaluation Stages that imply the Assigned Percentile that is explained below:
Selection for the position of assistant professor cum junior scientist will be carried out on the basis of i) Academic record and research performance based on Academic Performance Index (API) score (50%), II) Assessment of knowledge of the mastery and teaching skills (30%) and III) Conducting interviews (20%).
Note:
For appointment to professor/scientist positions in subjects related to agriculture, veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering, dairy technology, fisheries, and home sciences. It would be a Basic Requirement for the Candidate applying for the Positions to hold/possess Basic Professional Titles at the respective Degree Levels.
Exam Fee for JPSC Recruitment 2023:
Based on the JPSC recruitment 2023 Official announcement, the stipulated examination fee for candidates to be submitted via credit card/debit card/internet banking payment gateways through SBI Collect Challan as follows:
I: Unreserved Category Candidates: Rs. 600 plus bank charges
II: EWS Category Candidates: Rs.600 plus bank charges
III: EBC Category Candidates: Rs.600 plus bank charges
IV) SC/ST persons residing in Jharkhand state: Rs.150 plus bank charges
