The starting basic pay in LIC ADO salary is Rs 21,865/- per month. At present, the available salary of LIC Trainee Development Officer is approximately Rs. 34,503/- to Rs. 37,000/- per month

To be selected for the LIC ADO position, candidates must obtain cutoff marks in each section and must also obtain minimum aggregate marks to qualify for the Preliminary, Main, and interview rounds.
