Functions and responsibility:
Job Responsibilities (JR): 6 8 Actionable Areas (4-6) Testing Understand the requirement and FSD Understand the test scenarios and incorporate them into the test scope.
Prepare traceability with respect to BRD and FSD.
To prepare the test case, the test plan is based on the functional specifications and ensures that all test scenarios are covered.
To ensure that tests are performed according to the test schedule.
Report bugs that arise during UAT to vendor/IT and ensure they are resolved prior to UAT approval and follow problem resolution escalation matrix to team lead.
To document audit results and business approval for the production movement
To monitor and track business/audit inquiries.
To ensure that post-deployment testing is complete.
Ensure that companies and stakeholders receive information on the progress of the Project at regular intervals and update the R-12 and PMS.
Perform a control self-assessment on an ongoing basis Track and monitor changes to ITPP requirements Compilation: Participate in business discussions to understand the problem statement and requirement Understand and analyze the requirement and propose feasible solutions to the team leader Document all details required by the business To Organize and carry out discussions and calls with the movement of production and training of suppliers/IT To carry out trainings to companies on the implemented projects To ensure that Communication is sent to users in advance for all incorporated changes Perform PIR after improvement moves live Quality and documentation To ensure ITPP is followed for all projects/crs handled Do daily control check where appropriate Talk to users and identify areas for process improvement Maintain and update project tracker regularly Provide input for newsletter and present during team review Other Knowledge Sharing for team and build/equip team members Identify gray areas and provide recommendations.
Continually discuss with users and identify areas for improvement.
Skills:
Good knowledge of VisionPLUS
Extensive knowledge of SDLC and project management.
Logical and Analytical Skills

Understand the processes and functions in credit cards
