UPS is recruiting an experienced SR Marketing Administrative Assistant at its Pune location. The Administrative Incentive System is a tool for processing incentives for services provided by UPS and creating Legal contracts with new and existing customers. IAS is a part of marketing and provides information to different departments of UPS.
Full details of this job are as follows:
What will you be doing:
Agreements with large middle market clients. Customized contracts are prepared based on customer requirements and to implement the incentives/fees in the system requires more time and knowledge.
Analyze the request prudently and modify the contract in accordance with the request for prices according to the agreed deadlines.
Contract processing for new and existing UPS customers, automatic renewal of expired contracts, and contract cancellation for non-shipping customers
Coordination of special tasks
The scheduled start time and hours worked may change based on the workflow and needs of the
Work is performed in accordance with established procedures and
100% Quality is essential
Processing is time sensitive and requires timely action on each and every job.
Qualifications for this job:
Good keyboard skills are required.
Knowledge of MS Office with practical experience in Excel
Knowledge of the IAS system would be a
Calculating mind and precision
eye for details
Good analytical skills.
Flexibility and ability to perform tasks within tight
Fluent English (spoken/written)
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent leave planning record
Graduate/graduate in any discipline
