UP Scholarship Eligibility 2022
- Uttar Pradesh enrolled in school, college, institution or university
- Post Matrix 11 : Passed the class 10 exam and enrolled in class 11
- Post Matrix 12: Passed class 11 exam and enrolled in class 12
- Dashmottara: Undergraduate/Postgraduate/Certificate/Diploma Courses.

- Mark sheet of the last qualifying exam

- Bankbook
- Payment receipt number
- Non-refundable Annual Amount
- Registration Number
- Aadhar card number
- Last scanned passport size photo
