General description:
Deloitte is recruiting for a Business Technology Analyst – B2B Voice Process Help Desk in its Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore locations. This is an entry level position and will be responsible for working with Tier 1 support staff to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and providing Tier 2 support to resolve technical issues related to our application(s) . Our applications are used by member firms and clients of Deloitte’s Global Employer Services, so the successful candidate should have strong communication and client service skills, as well as the ability to deliver projects on time in a dynamic team environment. . The candidate will receive training on existing and next generation tools.

What will you be doing:
Provide personalized customer service responding to customer needs.
Enter contacts into the call tracking system and manage those issues through to resolution
Function in a close team environment and communicate within the team as a single unit.
Knowledge sharing and work flexibility in a close team environment
Consistently meet customer expectations and project deadlines.
Work to develop customer service, polling and research skills.
Evaluate customer problems and provide lasting logical solutions.
Comply with project and departmental standards as required. Contribution to the development of such standards when necessary
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommend improved procedures
Refer more complex issues or reconfigurations to senior specialists
Demonstrate the ability to handle high work pressure during peak seasons
Qualifications for this job:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a commercial and technical level.
Entrepreneur with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
High level of attention to detail, ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multitask in a dynamic environment
Ability to quickly integrate with existing equipment

University Courses: BE / Technology B
