Functions and responsibilityTATA Steel is recruiting candidates for the Sales and BDM position at its Delhi location:

Market and Channel Development

  • Contribute to formulate and achieve the general business plan of the assigned territory
  • Guide territory sales managers to ensure compliance with business objectives.
  • Engagement of influencers (Consultants, Architects and Structural Engineers)
  • Liaise with government offices where the potential for Nest-In solutions exists.
  • Expansion of the scope through the development of a Solution Partner/Channel in the territory
  • Implementation of marketing initiatives basic marketing orientation
  • Piloting and commercialization of new modular solutions
  • Activation of regional campaigns and monitoring of important events

Eligibility criteria:


Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent/MBA/Graduation (Currently working in Marketing & Sales / Business Development / Project Management / Construction) Civil Engineering / Mechanical & MBA (Marketing & Sales / NICMAR) is preferable

Experience: Must have 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field.


Must have business cluster experience (M&S, business development, prefab/civil/LGSF construction, project management, selling services and solutions, marketing new products, etc.).

Product and market segment knowledge, business acumen, sales process knowledge, Analytical Ability
