Booking.Com is hiring an experienced Account Executive at its Bangalore location. You are responsible for advising and consulting your hosting partners regarding their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. You will train partners on how to use the Booking.com system, tools and products available with the aim of optimizing their performance on the platform and creating an exceptional experience for Booking.Com customers.

What will you be doing:
Present Effectively: You can clearly express ideas and information to others and flex your style according to the specific situation and audience.
Lead Your Market: Excels in assessing local market characteristics, trends and drivers, and effectively prioritizes and directs the performance of a portfolio of accounts at trade value.
Identify and articulate partner needs: Is able to create value for partners by identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing partner needs
Formulate and position solutions: You like to create a great outcome for everyone, create customer value for partners by matching needs with relevant offers, and presenting them compellingly.
Gain commitment: You have the ability to move conversations with partners forward and lead them to a successful outcome
Represent Booking.com: You can exhibit professional demeanor and act as a role model of Booking.com’s values before, during and after interactions with partners.
Self-Awareness, Leading and Developing Yourself: You have the ability to achieve business goals and make a difference in interaction with partners by recognizing emotions in yourself and others and using this information to guide thinking and behavior.
Qualifications for this job:
2 to 3 years of validated experience in a Sales OR account management role
Proficient in English, Hindi AND
Affinity/experience within the e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry;
Proactive, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently;
Accurate and strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
Excellent teammate, motivated, flexible and open to change;
Positive behavior;
Driver’s license;
Availability to travel 50% of the time;
You already live in India and have a work permit to work in India.
