On selection, candidates will be designated on the pay scale as indicated above. In addition to basic salary, candidates will be eligible for Variable Cost Allowance, Benefits and Allowances, Company Accommodation/House Rental Allowance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Provident Fund Membership, Tips, etc. ., according to the current Company Rules. Incentives and allowances are currently paid at 35% of current base salary under the cafeteria system.
Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2023:
Candidates applying for HAL recruitment 2023 Must have the following qualifications-
For security officer-
- Successful completion of a ten-month pre-commission training course from the Officers’ Training College, Chennai or any other equivalent Defense Forces institution; [OR]
- Successful completion of a one to one and a half year course conducted by the central/state governments qualifies for appointment as Deputy Superintendent of Police/Sub-Inspectors in the State Police, Railway Protection Force, Central Reserve Police, Security Force border; [OR]
- Successful completion of the one-year Training Course conducted by the Central Government for those selected for Intelligence Officer positions in the Central Intelligence Bureau and the Research and Analysis Wing; [OR]
- Successful completion of training conducted by central government for successful candidates for sub-inspector position in CISF or successful completion of one year training conducted by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, for SI in CBI.
For Fire Officer-
Part 1-
BSc in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur awarded by Nagpur University [OR]
Bachelor of Fire Engineering. Institutes / Universities recognized by the corresponding Statutory Authorities.[OR]
Pass the Associate Membership/Membership Examination of the Institute of Fire Engineering, UK; [OR]
Recognized university title with GIFE-India/UK pass.
Part B –
Science Graduates (B.Sc) (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) possessing a minimum of 60% Marks in the Aggregate of all Semesters/Years or CGPA Qualifications/Corresponding Gradings.
for officer-
- The candidate must have a Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree (3 years after 10+2), from Institutes / Universities recognized by the corresponding legal authorities in the Country. [AND]
- The candidate must possess one of the following:
- Full-time Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as a means of examination at degree level from institutes/universities recognized by the relevant legal authorities in the country [OR]
- Full-time Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a means of examination at degree level from institutes/universities recognized by the relevant legal authorities in the country [OR]
- Full-time Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English language as compulsory or elective subject or as a means of examination at degree level from institutes/universities recognized by the relevant legal authorities of the country; [OR]
- Full-time Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with half English and Hindi as compulsory or elective subject or as a means of examination at degree level from institutes/universities recognized by the relevant legal authorities of the country.
Selection Procedure for HAL 2023 Recruitment:
All applications received will be shortlisted and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date, time and location of the interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates via HAL email/website. Candidates will be shortlisted and called for an Interview in the ratio of 1:10 (Maximum) according to the Company Rules. The entire selection process (including qualifying qualifications) will be governed by the Company’s existing Recruitment Rules, uploaded to the HAL website.
