Experience: At least 20 years of experience in reputable construction projects and should have worked as Chief (Civil Works/GM (Civil) at Central PSU or SE at Central/State Government. Experience in managing Mega Building projects from the stage of planning to commissioning including taking approvals, environmental clearance and direct dealing with the architects, engineers and agencies.Preference will be given to the candidate who has experience in green building construction not less than Rs 100 crore.As the Project is located on hilly/rough terrain, so the candidate must be in good physical shape.

Experience: At least 5-10 years of significant and proven experience in one or more of the following:
1. Campus Placement in NITs/IITs/IIMs/Other Central Financing Institutions.
2. Corporate relations, public relations, career/manpower development and training in Central Government. Offices, PSU, PSB, multinationals, etc.
3. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other common office software.
