General description:
Vistara is hiring an Executive – Payroll at its Gurgaon location. You will manage end-to-end validation and general processing of employee related claims, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement: travel (domestic/international), uniform expenses, HR policy related claims, ad-hoc expenses, miscellaneous . etc
Full details of this job are as follows:
What will you be doing:
CTC Reimbursement Claim Verification (Vehicle Operating Expenses, Driver Salary, Fuel, Telephone Reimbursement and Travel License)
Concurrency database update from time to time
Maintain monthly file challan/return, Notification, Response to Notification, Misc. letters related to compliance with the law Social Security Fund, Employer State Insurance, Labor Social Security Fund, Professional Tax and Income Tax
Forex Card: card issuance, database/tracker maintained, documentation for KYC payment and vendor liaison
Invoice Management – Insurance – GPA, PA, Medical, LOL/PMU, Fulfillment Provider, Foreign Exchange (EBIX) Payment, Indian Leasing Plan (Car Lease) Invoice and others
In the case of income tax voucher collections, Issuance of Form 16 (exiting employees)
Resolution of employee queries.
Liaison and follow-up with department regarding post-trip reimbursement form submission to establish advance/forex
Assistance in End of Year Activities – Presentation of Proof of Investment, Presentation of Reimbursement Invoice, Annual Audit
Qualifications for this job:
The ability to work effectively by yourself and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capacity to work under pressure
Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change.
Solid working knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power-point and Outlook)
0-3 years of experience
Graduate from a recognized university
