BPSC 68th Paper Pattern – Exam Outline
Part – 1 Preliminary Exam
- The Combined Preliminary Exam will be for the subject General Studies.
- The exam will consist of objective type multiple choice questions.
- The work will have a total of 150 points.
- The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
Candidates should note that there will be a selection test not only in the preliminary exam, but also on the basis of which the candidate will be selected for the main exam.
The Preliminary Exam will have questions from General Science, Current National and International Affairs, History of India and History and Features of Bihar, General Geography, Geography of Bihar and its main rivers, Bihar State System and General Mental Ability.
Part – 2 Main exam (Written exam)
The BPSC 67th Main Exam will be three subjects in which there will be two compulsory subjects and one elective. The compulsory subject will consist of a subject of General Hindi and General Studies and there will be an elective subject to be completed by the candidate at the time of enrollment. The exam for each subject will last three hours.
Part – 3 Personality Test
Only those candidates who have qualified in the main exam will take the third stage personality test. This exam will be 120 points. The merit list of the 7th BPSC will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the main examination and the personality test.
