General description:
HSBC is hiring an experienced VP/AVP TPSA Manager – GCB 5/6 at their Gurgaon location. You will help the Pune City Chief to develop and implement a city-focused strategy for credit card sales and grow the business judiciously by (a) developing a robust, diligent and compliant distribution channel (b) optimizing the productivity through channel deployment (c) maintain strict audit and compliance controls and (d) maximize product profitability.
Full details of this job are as follows:
What will you be doing:
Centrally coordinate TPSA sales quality and control activities and manage the application review process in supply cities.
Oversee and ensure TPSA operations and service in accordance with the TPSA operating model.
Provide assistance in the execution of marketing events and promotions to generate business in their basins, in conjunction with support departments such as INM MK
To help build a team with a solid foundation in controls and compliance with established guidelines
To help support the sales pipeline in terms of performance tracking, policy guidance and processes.
Assist in conducting rewards and recognition for the TPSA channel
Ensure the delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience
Focus on striving to develop new relationships outside of HSBC that deliver sustainable growth and profitability
Guarantees fair results for clients in all situations.
Qualifications for this job:
Graduate/ graduate
Proven ability in relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal skills,
Coaching in sales techniques, best practices and team and one-on-one sales management
Planning and organization skills.
