Cargill is hiring an experienced process specialist at its Bangalore location. The Process Specialist will review and perform logging activities to report, monitor, and clear all interface errors/integrity checks and other month-end closing activities and reporting and closing process activities. In this role, she will lead process improvements, train the rest of the team on process changes and continuous improvement, and assist in the audit activity.

What will you be doing:
Update and maintain standard operating procedures in a timely manner.
Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively.
Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts or customers directly to deliver accurate processes.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
Other functions that may be assigned
Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications for this job:
degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing applications.
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Smart Close Runbook Experience
Experience cleaning interface errors in JDE and month-end activities
Knowledge of accounting modules in enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience working in a multinational environment or with external audit
Knowledge of international financial reporting standards and generally accepted accounting principles
