Recruitment DEC 2023: Digital India Corporation (DIC), a branch of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of the Government of India, is recruiting for four alternate designations namely- Business Analyst, Developer/Mr. Developer, Consultant, Executive Assistant. The total number of vacancies is eleven. As per the official DEC 2023 contracting notification, the posting site will be in New Delhi, but it may be transferred to project locations.
Selection of applications will be based on qualification, age, academic record, and relevant experience. According to the official notification of Recruitment DEC 2023, the corporation reserves the right to hire and limit the number of candidates for interviews. Eligibility for DEC 2023 Recruitment:

For business analyst
A candidate must have a degree in BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech aand equivalent qualifications can be relaxed for exceptional candidates. He or she must have two or more years of experience in enterprise-wide systems, product delivery teams, or in software development.
To Developer/Mr. developer
Candidates seeking to be hired must have BE/B. Tech/ MCA o Graduate with relevant experience. They must have 2+ years of proven IT software development experience and have hands-on experience with Java, Angular/React JavaScript frameworks, Spring, and Spring Boot.
For Consultant
An applicant must possess a BE/B. Tech degree. He/she must have 6+ years of experience in software development/operations, enterprise-wide system integration/implementation projects, and have hands-on experience in Core PHP and be familiar with XHTML, HTML 5/8, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, APIs, and mod rewriting.
for executive assistant
An applicant having a graduate with relevant years of experience may be hired for the position. Applicants must have 0-3 years of work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.

For business analyst
The position incumbent will be in charge of onboarding various central/state departmental services into DigiLocker MeriPehchaan (NSSO) and will oversee and ensure Go Live services run smoothly on DigiLocker MeriPehchaan (NSSO). If required, their services can be used in other Digital India projects.
To Developer/Mr. developer
The applicant will be in charge of full-stack software development and operations of the DigiLocker MeriPehchaan (NSSO) platform used by NeGD, with the goal of ensuring high-quality and timely feature implementations. As required, he or she can also be used in other Digital India projects.
For Consultant
The position holder will be in charge of onboarding different central/state departments at DigiLocker MeriPehchaan (NSSO), and will be in charge of monitoring and ensuring Go Live services at DigiLocker MeriPehchaan (NSSO) are working properly.
for executive assistant
An applicant may be asked to provide administrative support, maintain various documents, arrange timely payments, etc. He/she can be used in other Digital India projects, whenever necessary.
General Condition for Recruitment DEC 2023:
According to DIC’s official Recruitment 2023 announcement, candidates who are already employed by central, state or local governments, public sector organizations or autonomous bodies are expected to apply through the appropriate channels, with a Certificate of conformity at the time of the interview. Appointees will not have any entitlement to a permanent position with DIC or to any vacant position that Digital India Corporation may subsequently advertise for recruitment. Appointment to any job may be terminated by Digital India Corporation on one month’s notice or without notice on payment of one month’s salary in lieu of the notice period.
